The Murad Infomercial Campaign
World-renowned skincare company Murad decided it was time to re-launch their Acne Complex line with a fresh message that would not only increase sales, but elevate the brand to a higher level. Murad asked Launch DRTV to create an entirely new skincare infomercial campaign with fresh new footage, testimonials and whatever else would be needed to take Acne Complex to the next level.
In response, Launch DRTV developed and produced The Murad Clear Skin Challenge. Our production team traveled across Southern California to destinations such as outdoor malls, ethnic festivals, and even bridal shows. We recruited and interviewed dozens of fresh, exciting and dramatic testimonials including people of all age groups, race, gender...even varying skin conditions.
The Result
Real People...Real Stories...Real Results! By the time shooting was complete, we'd overwhelmingly achieved Murad's goal of building an entirely fresh supply of compelling brand new testimonials that would have a strong impact in their new skin care infomercial. (Murad was also excited to use these fresh new testimonials in various print and web campaigns.)
Launch DRTV oversaw the entire post-production process of the show, including music, editing, GFX and every other element needed to complete the project. Murad's new Acne Complex infomercial tested very well and the new show was quick to roll out and is still going strong. It remains one of the top performing long form beauty infomercials on air today and was recently named as one of 3 finalists for the prestigious ERA best long form beauty show award.
